I’m Titus B Paul (TBP), a multidisciplinary

designer based in Amsterdam. I focus on art and creative direction, with work that ranges from digital products and websites to print and social experiences.

I love making things. I know the process is often messy and challenging. I tend to accept this and laugh. I take initiative and am always ahead of deadlines. I work within the creative brief. I occasionally work outside it too because some ideas are just that good. I keep an open mind. I keep an even more open ear. I don’t often talk about my ears, but when I do, wow that’s some good ear talk. I’m always looking to grow and learn. I do what I say and say what I do.

Outside of my client work, I’m a habitual maker. Sometimes that involves using vintage typewriters as design tools, I like how their mechanical limits force me to think differently about a layout, but I’m often just crafting various things with my hands. I really enjoy repurposing old materials into functional objects; for me, design is at its best when it’s about transformation and finding ways to turn a limitation or a piece of waste into something useful.
